s3, e12 (Season Three Finale)

Wow! What a depressing and cliffhanging ending for the season, in stark contrast to the ending of season one, which tied together all the plot threads and left the main characters fairy-tale happy. While seasons one and two were separate, complete storylines, sort of like very long movies, it seems that season three is actually just "season four, part one."

Anyway, there is very good news. There is more nudity from Eva Amurri, and from other women as well. In theory, two of the other stars are also naked, but there is really nothing visible when you can see their faces. The only other clear body parts are provided by an anonymous swimmer who pops up several times.

The Baader-Meinhof Complex

2008

This German docudrama based on true events is both fascinating and frightening, and reminds us that terrorists are not a new 21st century phenomena.

Set in the late 1960's and early 1970's, the film examines the activities of the Red Army Faction (RAF) in Germany. While the group started out as vocal protestors of the Vietnam War and the German establishment, the members turned into radical terrorists involved in bombings, robberies, kidnappings, and assassinations.

The film focuses on the organizers, who eventually wind up in jail, and then their loyal followers still on the outside, who will stop at nothing to get them out.

I clearly remember most of the events mentioned in the film, and I found the film totally engrossing. The caps are from the Blu-ray version.
