"Luscious Lola" (1995)
Luscious Lola is the title piece on yet another Red Shoe Diaries release. It stars Bobbie Phillips as a mousy computer nerd who works at a video game company. She lives vicariously through a character (Luscious Lola) in the adventure game she works on. She is secretly in love with a fellow nerd/programmer, but fears he likes her shrew of a boss. Eventually, she gets together with the man.
This is another typical Red Shoes effort. The photographic effects, lighting and voice over detract from any heat that may have otherwise been developed. The quality, again, is VHS caliber. The DVD does have one nice special feature. Bobbie's love scene is presented uncut. Most of the images
are from this uncut version, which did have some jerky camera work, but didn't have the annoying dissolves. This was the worst of the three on this DVD, both story-wise and exposure-wise.

"Mercy" (1996)
Mercy is on the same DVD with Luscious Lola, and is marginally better. Heidi Mark lives with her husband in a roadside diner/filling station. She likes "bad boys" who show her no mercy. Her husband, after two failed marriages ruined by his jealousy, allows her to have affairs. She starts writing prisoners. Inevitably, they visit her when they get out. Most of the episode is spent with Heidi and the latest ex con getting together. The exposure is better than usual, and includes lots of pubic hair. They also went a little lighter on the special effects. Zalman King personally directed this one, which may account for the improvement in quality. It is also a little more erotic than recent efforts.

last NEW RELEASE of the week:
Big Momma's House, a box office smash, but a critical failure. OK, I'm kinda dumb, but I thought it had a few good laughs. The only true nudity came from a 300 pound woman (yummy!), but luscious Nia Long appeared in a sexy nightie.
On other fronts, TomCat did a Jean Louis Murat music video. I don't know who she is, but the exposure is quite explicit. Beats the pud out of VH1.

There was a note to 'cappers posted here a few days ago to be on the look out for this scene from "That 70's Show"...and here ya go...Laura playing a stripper! These 'caps feature tons of cleavage.
Sure, cleavage is great all by itself, but it's nothing compared to what actually aired! First of all...Only Jell-O commercials have more jiggling then what happened on Tuesday night! Plus, as you can see to a small degree in these 'caps, there were some camera angles used that served no purpose other than to highlight Laura's goods! Gotta love FOX!
