Today's question: forget about those old fogeys like Spacey and Branagh and Deniro. Who is the best actor of the post-babyboom generation. In order to qualify, an actor had to be born after Nov 22, 1963 (the day Kennedy was assassinated). Therefore, Johnny Depp is not on the list, although he would be if he were a few months younger. I think this is right, though. Johnny Depp could have been in high school with George Clooney, Branagh, and Kevin Spacey, so in my mind, that makes him the wrong generation.

Amazingly, Depp is only two years younger than Clooney. The aging process works funny. If Depp, Clooney and I appeared in a movie together, Depp would play my son, Clooney would play my older brother, although I have a dozen years on him. (You can see my picture at www.scoopy.com/trivia.htm). Do you remember when they replaced Kilmer with Clooney as Batman? My daughter asked why they got rid of Batman and replaced him with a grandpa. Yet Clooney is quite a bit younger than Kilmer. To a young girl, Kilmer still seems lustable. Clooney seems like your dad's friend.

I must be the last person in the world to see this movie, and certainly the last to cap it. I enjoyed it a lot more than I expected. The acting from the leads is strictly at a Dinner Theater level (Dina Meyer is OK, but Denise Richards, Doogie Howser, and Van Dien are, well, exactly what you would expect. The script is also riddled with war movie cliches, but this is an action movie, and the most important characteristic of an action picture is the same as the most important characteristic of a boxer: it never gives you a chance to breathe, and this one is not a bad puncher. It keeps the action coming at you, with plenty of realistic and gruesome special effects. So it really isn't a bad watch.

There are three women with some nudity here. The first is Dina meyer, the second is a minor character, and the third is a non-character (really just an extra), but she is on screen constantly for a couple minutes during the shower scene, so I capped some of her frames. She has nice breasts, and vaguely resembles Isabella Rossellini. If you can ID her, write me.

Carol Lynley from Bad Georgia Road (1977). These caps really suck, they come from an old rental tape that was probably watched about 18,000 times. Tiny little nip slip/peek of Carol skinny dippin' in a crick. Carol had the most obnoxious voice in movies before Shelly Long came along. This flick is another one of those New York fashion industry insider lady goes to Georgia and becomes a white trash trailer slut who falls in love with a moonshine swillin', Mopar wrenchin', girlfriend beatin' piece of garbage and becomes his sex toy movies. There aren't that many Carol Lynley caps floating around so these were done for the collectors, they're not that great.

Former 80s Playmate Sheila Kennedy in the 1984 movie "Ellie." "Ellie" is about a farm girl who uses her sex appeal to revenge her father's death. Her father was killed (by Shelley Winters sitting her fat arse on his back in a lake while eating fried chicken) by a professional black widow and her sons. Non-nude pics of Sheila posing all pretty like.
