This is an erotic comedy/horror offering from Full Moon, starring Jacqueline
Lovell.
Lovell plays the assistant to a collector of preserved human oddities. His
rival purchases a new specimen (discovered in a sewage treatment plant). When
the broker's ditzy blonde secretary warns Lovell's boss, who had a first right
of refusal agreement, it's time for a robbery - executed on a wintry day by a
topless Lovell wearing only hot pants and a gorilla head. The entire crowd ends
up in the castle of Lovell's boss, and when the latest freak reanimates several
of his collection, the normal humans find themselves prisoners of the freaks.
Some moments are laugh-out-loud funny. When the ditz comments that she doesn't
want to go to prison because there are lesbians there, Lovell answers that she
always thought that was one of the advantages.
This is an excellent example of "so bad it is good," but for people who don't
enjoy that type of film, it will be very tough going.
