I need to learn Tagalog soon, just to keep up with the richness that is Filipino television. In this episode we have Angeli Khang and Jamilla Obispo doing the mating thing in well-lighted environments, because this IS the way of doing things where they come from.

After hours of watching movies and shows from the Philippines I get the idea that folks in this nation of many islands look askance at bare bottoms displayed by women, which makes Angeli's scene a rare and precious find - the Cullinan diamond of Filipino TV.

A bunch of teens are sent to a Christian Nursing Home for a few days to contemplate the Bible but basically being used as free slave labour for the facility. The owner is a strict adherent of the Bible and tells the teens to strictly follow its tenets while making the women wear chaste clothing so that the boys don't get horny. The owner is helped out by a total nutcase of a woman who seems to love forcing the girls to strip down to as few clothes as possible. Basically, someone is killing the teens and the members of the nursing home and really it's either the owner or the nutcase woman and well... it's both.

The movie, also known as Zealots, is absolute dog shit and completely incompetent. There's so many bizarre moments that make no sense or are just baffling. I haven't seen a movie this bad in a while. It's barely written; it just wanders from scene to scene, a lot not making sense, with scenes just happening. Sometimes scenes play out with the background music playing and the dialogue not playing at all. The ending is entirely baffling. I still don't know how the owner dies. He just slips on the floor after gassing a Nazi woman from the nursing home with a can of Zyklon-B she just kept as a souvenir. I don't even know what he slipped on, I went back and looked but I've got nothing.

Chantelle Barry does have a brief nude scene in the movie, not as good as she does in The Company You Keep, but it's better than nothing. She also spends a bit of time in underwear. There's also quite a bit of nudity from a number of other actresses, and when there's no nudity there's some decent underwear scenes.

This movie got a DVD release in Brazil. The quality of the DVD is not great but the person who gave it to me cleaned it up a bit and that's what I used when capping it. It's not great but it's better than what the actual DVD looks like.
