"Desperado" (1995)

Columbia Tristar is now releasing what it calls Superbit Collection films. They have no special features of any kind, but top quality audio and video. The quality, based on a sample of 2, is there. Desperado has tons of atmosphere, lots of action, and a stellar cast, but not much in the way of plot. Antonio Banderas and Salma Hayek sizzle together, and the opening scene between Steve Buscemi and Cheeck Marin is a classic, but the good guy gets screwed and seeks revenge plot is not enough to sustain a film. Hayek is in a short sex scene with Banderos, and it is lit and cut in such a way that you can't really see much at normal speed, but, thanks to DVD and one frame at a time, there are a few clear images of her breasts.

Maltin, Ebert and Berardinelli agree at 2 stars, IMDB readers say 6.6/10, and I will give it a C. Fine for fans of the stars, and those who like action films in a western setting, but not much crossover appeal. The Mariachi score featuring Los Lobos is very enjoyable.

Bruiser is the attempted comeback film from George Romero, the king of the Pittsburgh film world. It has flashes of brilliance, but disappointed in the second half.

One Night at McCool's is sort of a cross between Body Shots' technique, and Whipped's story line except that the one woman desired by so many men is actually just kind of a ditz, and not an evil schemer.

    • Liv Tyler (not naked, but gorgeous) (1, 2, 3, 4, 5)

Stardom is a Canadian mockumentary about the rise of a small-town junior woman's league hockey player to international supermodeling stardom. It is not so much a funny film as a nasty one, and that can be death to a comedy. It has funny moments, but there are some mighty long stretches with no wit.

Charlie's French Cinema Nudity site is updated

    Bridget Fonda
    (1, 2, 3)

A very young Bridget showing bare bum, and topless exposure in these 'caps from "Aria", by BFD.

So....the other night I couldn't sleep. While channel surfing I stumbled onto "The Next Best Thing". Unfortunately, two things happened next...
  • I still couldn't sleep
  • I watched the whole thing

I agree with Scoop's review 100% on this one. It's not a bad movie, but not a great movie either. As Scoop mentioned, it was rather touching in parts and did explore some interesting ideas. However, the ending was quite lame.

The nudity...there was a little exposure, but that's not what we have here, and I'll tell you why....The one thing that annoyed the hell out of me in this movie (even more than Madonna's new accent) was the lighting! Every single time Madonna's face was on camera they had one of those raccoon masks of light across her eyes. Presumably to hide the wrinkles, or make her look 20-something I guess. Regardless of why, the end result is that it didn't work, and looked ridiculous.

In order to counteract the lighting and limited nudity, I had to see some real Madonna goodies! So today I bring you 'caps from "Body of Evidence" (1993). Yup, lot's of toplessness and even frontal nudity in these 'caps by Uco. Ahhh...much better.

  • Gabriella Hall
    (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8)

Several 'caps of the late night regular showing off her big'uns in a couple of movies. Unfortunately, the movies aren't identified, but in her case, does it really matter? She's shows off the goods in every movie!

    The Breakdown:

  • Breast exposure in all links except #6 and #7
  • Pseudo sex in links 2, 3, 4, 5, and 8.
  • bare bum in link #4
  • Link #6 is a very nice posed black and white. No goodies, but she looks very good in this one.
  • Link #7 shows off great cleavage.

  • Lori Stern Not much info on this actress. But she looks great in this topless shower scene by Jedilein.

Penelope Ann Miller Playing a stripper and getting topless on stage in these scenes from "Carlito's Way" (1993), by Jotell.

Unknown ZonononZor helps us get ready for Halloween with this collage from the Grade B or less, Spanish horror movie "Pieces" (1981). All three B's are on display.

Co-written by the Euro-Trash film making legend, Joe D'Amato, it sounds a bit like a "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" rip-off. Here's the plot according to the IMDb..."Young co-eds are being cut up by a chainsaw killer on a college campus. The killer is attempting to put together a human jigsaw puzzle made from body parts."

    Catherine Chevalier

    Diane Frank

Snowblind joins the Halloween preparations with these topless 'caps.
  • Catherine Chevalier in scenes from "Clive Barker's Nightbreed" (1990)
  • Diane Frank in "Pale Blood" (1990)

  • Thora Birch Naturally it's her topless scene from "American Beauty". I just saw "Beauty" earlier this week, and I must say that it really is a fantastic film. If you haven't seen it in a while, you should. Now that the hype has died down, I actually enjoyed it even more.

Kelly Macdonald Topless and frontal nudity from her sex scene in "Trainspotting".
