"3-Way"

3-Way (2004) is a direct to vid thriller. Dominic Purcell is a broke sign painter living in a filling station with his girlfriend, Joy Bryant. He is a man with a past, and is in hiding. One night while putting up signs on the highway, he overhears a couple plotting to kidnap then kill the man's rich wife. Purcell decides to kidnap the wife a second time and get the ransom money. Things are complicated when a man from his past gets in the middle of everything. What follows is a serpentine series of twists, turns, double-crosses and apparent double-crosses. While the plot can be a little hard to follow in parts, that doesn't detract from the story.

Ali Larter shows brief buns as the female half of the kidnap team. Joy Bryant, as Purcell's girlfriend, shows breasts in a shower sex scene, and Roxana Zal, as Purcell's dead ex wife, shows breasts in a flashback. IMDb readers have this at 4.4 of 10. That is a little harsh, as this is a decent genre effort with no glaring plot holes, and no irritating mis-direction in the script. This is a C. Genre lovers will not be disappointed.

    NOTE: because of a unique combination of circumstances with the Windows media player and some substantial bandwidth theft, we will have to do all of our movie files in zip format. Left click on the files as you normally would to view a picture. When you get a choice, click on "save", and put it on your hard drive in the directory of your choice. UnZIP and play from there.

    I know this is not especially convenient, but it allows the film clips to continue. I can protect .zip files from hot-linking in the same way I can protect still images. For some reason, if I protect .avis and .wmvs from hot-linking, they will not play in the Windows media player, and I can't get a satisfactory work-around. Perhaps I will find a better solution, but for now this new policy allows you to continue getting the movie clips you want to see, which is much preferable to my abandoning the clips altogether.

    • Melanie Griffith - in The Garden. (.avi zipped)(.wmv zipped) I haven't seen this Israeli movie, but the official summary is as follows: "An old man tends his garden under the threat of encroaching urbanization. In wanders a beautiful tourist, dazed and naked after a sexual assault, and he mistakes her for an angel." This is the only film ever directed by Victor Nord. It is the only film ever written by Yosef Avisar. It is in Hebrew!

    That's the bad news. The good news is that the naked angel/tourist is Melanie Griffith, aged 19.

    I know this film must be atrocious, but I would love to see it on DVD because - well, you know why.

    This is kind of a Canadian version of a typical Hollywood coincidence-driven noir. Tuna and I didn't exactly split on the film. We both though it was OK, but he liked it more than I did.

    Mulholland Drive

    (Scoop's note: this one is not from Shiloh)

    • Naomi Watts and Laura Harring - (.wmv zipped) I have no friggin' idea what's going on in this typically cryptic David Lynch film, but this is one great sex scene between two lookers. It is such a good scene that it made the whole movie tolerable for me.

    FYI when I hypercam vids to make the file size smaller I use DivX MPEG-4 Fast-Motion for the video compressor, then I use virtualdub to compress the audio. The properties for the vids says the video codec:  DivX Decoder Filter & audio codec:  Morgan Stream Switcher which I'm not familiar with. When I compress the audio with virtualdub I use MPEG Layer-3.  A friend of mine told me about compressing the audio about (6) mos. ago. Like I said previously, only been capping for a year & a half & I'm no expert. Hopefully this info will help members with the proper codecs for my vids.
     
    When I cap big brother's I use hypercam mostly & sdp & asfrecorder if the set up allows me. I stopped using camtasia cause the file sizes were always too big, could never figure out the process, over my head lol, plus it cost too much to buy in my opinion.

    I made the .wmv versions of each video. The codecs for these: Windows Video V8, Windows Audio 9. The upside of these is that you know the codecs, and they'll play in the Windows Media Player. The downside is that they are slightly larger, and slightly lower quality.

    NOTE: We currently have to do all of our movie files in zip format. Instead of viewing them online, save the zip files to your hard drive in the directory of your choice, un-zip and play from there.


    Today the Ghost takes a look at the 1984 T & A comedy, "Hot Dog... The Movie".

    After a three year wait Kim Poirier finally showed her boobs. But as for seeing female frontal nudity we're still waiting for Booger's revenge-of-the-nerds "We got bush!" moment.


    "Ginger Snaps III" (2004) aka "Ginger Snaps Back"
    This prequel is the third and final installment for the series. Released straight-to-video after a brief run on the festival circuit. Alot more blood and gore but a lot less skin and sex.


    "Black List" (1995) aka "Liste noire"
    French-Canadian movie about judges boinking hookers in Quebec. Sex scenes of hidden video footage shown on a lower resolution courthouse tv monitor seem show actual penetration.


    "A Killing Spring" (2002) (TV)
    The hottest Joanne Kilborn series starring Wendy Crewson. But the DVD transfer left alot to be desired.


    "Bye, See You Monday" (1979) aka "Au revoir à lundi"
    Another Carole Laure movie, another boobie shot. In her more recent directorial effort "CQ2 (Seek You Too)" (2004) Carole directs her 20 year old daughter Clara Furey (daughter with Lewis Furey) whom is following her mother's footsteps by having her first nude love scene.


    Immortal: episode Wired
    Episode starring the Ginger Snaps star and the recently late Michelle Skalnik who nearly stole the movie "Kitchen Party" away from Laura Harris.


    Night Man: episode Spellbound
    Every tv series should have such an episode as this. A Catholic girls school with a coven of young witches. (20) Amber Rothwell: sexy and tied up as naughty student. That's Crystal Buble and Jody Thompson with her.


    "Turn It Up" (2000)
    A gangsta rappa movie.

  • Tamala Jones: partial boob, bra-less pokies.
  • Patrice Goodman: cleavage.


    Third Wave: episode Mata Hari
    Sci-Fi series and one of the episodes to show nudity but again this is the syndicated version so nothing is shown.


    "Exception to the Rule" (1997)
    Just to clear things up. Heather Hanson credited as "woman in strip club" did not play the stripper who still remains uncredited and unidentified.


    "Cheerleader Ninjas" (2002)
    And another thing. I don't think the head naughty cheerleader played by Alissa Shanley was in the lesbian fantasy scene. Something about one of the star trek geeks being a brother of one of the lesbians. It would have created a plot hole big enough to collapse the trekkie universe.
