Talk about a slow news day ...

This is a slow time of year. The best summer cable shows like True Blood are all closed out and the winter ones (Boardwalk Empire, Spartacus, Hung, Californication, Shameless) have not yet begun. The prestige Oscar pictures have not yet started to appear. There's nothing much going on now except broadcast TV premieres, and you know there's not much flesh there.

There was so little to talk about today that I had to call upon Aesthete to donate an extra project, and he came through with a doozie!
