Have we got the goodies today!
The big theatrical and DVD release of the year is probably the extended
version of 1984's
Amadeus. It's one of the greatest movies of all time, digitally
remastered with a new soundtrack, a 2-disk special DVD edition, and 20 minutes of
additional footage. I discussed the additional footage in some detail in the
review. More to our point, the new footage includes Elizabeth Berridge with her
top off.

A Fellow Funhouse Reader asked last week 'bout scans of Elisha Cuthbert, who played Keifer Sutherland's daughter in 24. The pictures are in the Oct issue of FHM, and just as the man said, they are hot. Not real revealing, but hot. They are all bikini poses or something close to it. Gay '90s - Tyco International released details of the corporate fraud they uncovered from the reign of indicted ex-chairman L. Dennis Kozlowski. Aside from nearly $100 million in fraudulent bonuses, they found that the company paid to decorate his New York apartment with such items as a $2,200 wastebasket and a $6,000 shower curtain. He also spent $1 million in company funds on his wife's birthday party in Sardinia, including hiring gladiators and buying an ice sculpture of Michelangelo's "David" with vodka streaming from his penis into crystal glasses.
It symbolized the "pissing away of money."
He could've gotten that cheaper from Siegfried & Roy: they have an icemaker that turns out 12 of them an hour.
Do you get the feeling the gladiators at his wife's party were really for him?
To be fair, it was a HUGE wastebasket...It had to be, to hold all the shredded documents.
WHY COLD PIZZA TASTES GOOD
Finally, Some Worthwhile Research! - Dr. Maureen Cooper of Stirling University in Scotland says she's discovered why cold pizza tastes so good the morning after. It's because tomato puree has fibers that trap water and keep it from seeping into the crust and making it soggy. Since fat and water don't mix, the cheese stays on top of the tomato sauce instead of seeping into it. She said that's why other leftovers without tomato puree don't taste good. For instance, with cold french fries, the fat just congeals.
So before you put them in the fridge, coat your fries with ketchup.
And I thought cold pizza tasted good the morning after because anything's better than granola.
Wow, a woman who devoted her life to studying pizza and french fries! I think I'm in love!
GENETICISTS TURN FRUIT FLIES GAY
The Fruit Fly Version Of "Will & Grace - Scientists at the City of Hope Medical Center in California claim they have turned male fruit flies gay through genetic manipulation. They claim that the formerly-straight fruit flies went into courting behavior, tapping each other's abdomens with their forelegs, and touching and licking each other's genitals in a "kind of X-rated line dance."
It's the kind of behavior that would get them swatted in most places where there's line-dancing.
They just replaced the "fly" gene with an extra "fruit" gene.
They also became attracted to bumblebees, which LOOK really gay.
Their next science project: turning lady bugs into lesbians.
PLAYGIRL FEATURES MEN OF ENRON
Their Stocks Aren't Worth A Roll Of Dimes - Tuesday, Playgirl's "Men of Enron" pictorial hit newsstands. Five current or former Enron employees posed nude or semi-nude. Playgirl wouldn't reveal how much they were paid but said it was more than they made off their stock options. One former Enron broadband intelligence specialist said he went full monty for "a little security," and joked, "If I get a sugar mama out of this, that's great."

He's used to walking around naked: he can't afford clothes.
If he'd posed naked in a national magazine, he must already be pretty secure.
Appropriately, the Enron guys all came up a little short.
PLAYBOY RETURNS TO MEXICO
Market Penetration - Playboy killed their Mexican edition in the 1990s because Mexican stars wouldn't pose nude - one model compared it to prostitution. But thanks to a boom in men's magazines and a slight loosening of Catholic morals, Playboy is reentering Mexico. Editor Manuel Martinez said there's a three-pronged strategy: Appeal to higher-class men who would read it for the articles about fashion and cars...Try to convince Mexican celebrities that it's acceptable to pose nude...And try to convince unknown "girls next door" to defy their macho boyfriends and pose nude to make $5,000 and launch a modeling career.
That's not prostitution...Prostitutes sell their bodies for a LOT less.
They'll pose topless, but nothing south of the border.
If they can't, the first centerfold will be a Mazda Miata.
So far, the only Mexican celebrity willing to pose nude is Bumblebee Man.

Zagat Comes Out With Best Movie List

"The Godfather" — not "Citizen Kane" — is the greatest movie of all time, according to a new Zagat survey.
The "Zagat Movie Guide," which comes out this week, is a collection of the top 1,000 movies, as rated and reviewed by 5,338 movie fans.
"Casablanca" is No. 2 on the list, followed by "Star Wars," "Gone With the Wind" and "The Shawshank Redemption." "Citizen Kane," which film critics and historians often proclaim as the best movie ever, came in eighth.
The book follows the same format as Zagat's guides to restaurants, shopping and nightlife, with ratings broken down in terms of acting, story, production and overall quality.
"The most popular entertainment is still dinner and a movie — now we can finally say we have both activities covered," said Tim Zagat, the chief executive officer and co-chairman of the Zagat Survey.
"Lawrence of Arabia" was voted the best action film, "Psycho" is the best horror flick, "High Noon" is the favorite Western and "The Wizard of Oz" is the top musical.

Answering yesterday's Athena Massey question.
We do have plenty of images of her in the Encylcopedia, but almost all are topless only, with the occasional bare bum, and even a few lesbo scenes, but no frontal exposure.
Oz pointed out that Scoop 'capped the "Slow Train" episode for the May 5, 2001 issue of the Fun House, but those images are dark and don't reveal any frontal exposure.
