Hex is a supernatural thriller set in Cambodia in which an American man on holiday meets a fellow American traveller (Jenny Boyd), and instantly falls for her. After a false start, they get together. Trouble seems to follow the woman, whether it's through a local hood or self-inflicted. It seems that she was a conjoined twin where the spirit of the now dead twin has entered her body causing her to have epileptic fits or act out and possibly murder people, and it's only making her physically worse. Hopefully one last desperate attempt to remove the spirit by a local healer can save her.

OK movie with a well-worn plot, particularly the American tourist in Asian hot spot part. It is helped by the gorgeous Jenny Boyd, whom I swear I've seen somewhere before, but nothing she's done stands out.
