French Kisses from Charlie
  • One reader sent in a great link to a free site filled with French and European vidcaps. I'll give you the link in a minute, but first some pics that I thought were especially interesting. Here's Romane Bohringer, DiCaprio's co-star in "Total Eclipse". No possibility of a body double with this girl. Where would they find anyone with boobs like this?
  • One more of Romane Bohringer in "Total Eclipse". Not the best toned body in the world, but ........ Pepperland would be proud to have her on their team.
  • Marie-Christine Barrault in "La Nouvelle Tribu". According to the site notes, she is about 50 in these vidcaps.
  • Nathalie Baye in "En Toute Innocence" (1987).
  • Sonia Mankai (spelled "Monkai" on the file, "Mankai" in the imdb) in "Un été à La Goulette". I think that means "One Summer to Become Mrs. Robert Goulet". So much to do, so little time. Seriously, it was released in North America as "A Summer in La Goulette". Very sexy 'caps of a lovely tush.
  • The classic redheaded beauty with a face from the Golden Age, Martine Carol (nee Marie-Louise Maurer). She is pictured here in 1953's "Lucrèce Borgia" (Released in English as "Sins of the Borgias")
  • Sonja Codhant (apparently misspelled Codnant in the imdb ... appears Charlie is correct, the imdb wrong) in "Le Voyage de Penelope"
  • Emmanuelle Seigner in "Cours privé"
  • Speaking of redheads. Florence Thomassin in "Ainsi soient-elles"
  • Isabelle Pasco in last year's "The Colors of the Devil"
  • More of Isabelle Pasco in last year's "The Colors of the Devil"
  • Isabel Petit-Brisson in "Low Profile". I think she's just an extra, but this is a powerful scene.
  • Agnes Obadia goes stark naked full frontal in a charming scene in "La Divine Poursuite".
  • just to show it was no fluke, Obadia gets naked again in "Romaine". Let us remember the romaine. I mean, lettuce remember the romaine.
  • What can ya say after you say "Cachou"? How about "gesundheit". She's kind of the French answer to North America's model/bims and, as far as I know, the only public figure named after a nut, possibly excepting Peanuts Lowery. Her real name is Anne-Charlotte Pontabry. Guess what she's playing a) bimbo model b)physicist c)poet-laureate. I haven't seen the movie, but I can guess.
  • Speaking of actresses with one name, here's Lio in "Separate Bedrooms".
  • RDO takes over
  • I don't know if there is any vidcapper out there as prolific as RDO. He is a one man research department whenever we have any debate about a film-related issue. First, he sent over some more Lydie Denier for me, based on yesterday's comments.
  • RDO: one more of Lydie Denier in "Invasion of Privacy".
  • RDO: Irene Cara in "Certain Fury".
  • RDO: Irene Cara in "Certain Fury".
  • RDO: Irene Cara in "Certain Fury". This is the only below-the-waist shot, but you really can't see anything.

  • RDO: Anne Heywood in "The Shaming", also known as "Good Luck, Mrs. Wycoff". I discussed this movie not too long ago. This is the unremittingly bleak film about the oldmaidish schoolmarm who is repeatedly raped by a studly and brilliant black scholarship student who works as a janitor in the school. She hates it, then starts to look forward to it, then it destroys her. The novel was written by the playwright, William Inge, the same guy who wrote "Picnic", and treats the same theme of sexual repression and other longings hidden in respectable small town life. His work is always depressing. In comparison, Inge makes Strindberg and Ingmar Bergman look like party animals.
  • RDO: Anne Heywood in "The Shaming". This is another illustraion of RDO taking someone else's reference and researching the hell out of it.

  • Click here to read every possible fact about this movie. Amazing cast includes The Man from Uncle, Lily Munster, Dorothy Malone, Donald Pleasance, and Earl Holliman (the grade C Joe Don Baker, who in turn is the grade B Fred Thompson).
  • Sunday's Images.
  • Leading off the Sunday Soiree, Miss Domini Blythe, or is it Blythe Domini? She appears here in "Vampire Circus". My dad once took off a day of work to take me to the Vampire Circus. It was a day of great happiness and disappointment for me. I was happy that he wanted to spend time with me, and kinda disappointed that he couldn't figure out that Vampires don't do matinees.
  • Dede Lind was the most popular Playmate ever, as measured by reader mail. Most of you have seen the famous pictures of her in her prime, and the commonly-seen images of her as she looks now (still great in her 50's). This image is in neither of those categories. It is a collection of images of her, in her youth, that were never published until Celebrity Sleuth magazine got a hold of them. She was magnificent.
  • Those of you who remember busty Playmate Cynthia Myers, from the same era as DeDe, here is what she looks like today (dressed). Pepper sent this over from Glamourcon.
  • The next two collages are rare classics. Romy Schneider is one of the great stars of the Eurocinema, and the first woman I ever saw naked in a film. (Boccaccio '70). My friend and I snuck from one theatre into another to see it. These are the only caps I've seen from her performance in "La Piscine". She was about 30 at the time.
  • Romy Schneider in "La Piscine". The daughter of actress Magda Schneider and actor Wolf Albach-Retty, the Viennese actress began her film career as a teenager, and rode to stardom in the three movies about Sissi, the Habsburg princess. Her career was superb, featuring multiple Cesar awards and work with some of the best directors of Europe and America, including Welles and Visconti. In contrast, her private life was often in turmoil, marked by a turbulent off-and-on relationship with Alain Delon, and rumors of substance abuse. She died at 44, with more than 50 movies already in her resume. The cause of her death is a matter of ongoing debate. Some sources claim it was a heart attack and others suggest it was a suicide from an overdose of sleeping pills.
  • A modest strip from Tonya Harding's famous wedding night video.
  • Before we degenerate into the bimbo portion of our program, here are a few more serious performers. Katrine Boorman in "Excalibur", capped by Attitude
  • One more from 'Tude. Cherie Lunghi in Boorman's "Excalibur". I admire John Boorman, and I love "Excalibur", but I do find it a little creepy that he directed two of his own kids in nude or sex scenes. (His daughter in Excalibur, his son in The Emerald Forest)
  • One of my favorite scenes in one of my favorite movies. Although it is dangeropus to remake a Bogart movie, I enjoyed Robert Mitchum as the world-weary Philip Marlowe in 1978's "The Big Sleep". This is Candy Clark, playing a suspect difficult to interrogate.
  • Susanne Uhlen in "Die Schokoladenschnüffler". Besides the Germans, who else would try to pronounce "nschn" in the middle of a 21 letter word? Ok, maybe the Welsh, but that doesn't count since even "the" in Welsh is longer than 21 letters.
  • Oh, these are sexy! Rowena King naked as a jaybird in "Wide Sargasso Sea". I have to see this movie, for several reasons, and this collage from Pal increases my resolve.
  • Sylvia Leifheit in last year's "14 Tage Lebenslänglich".
  • Christiane Paul in last year's "Das Leben is eine Baustelle".
  • Lydie Denier. I think this is the first time I've seen nice vidcaps of her. "Invasion of Privacy".
  • Sherilyn Fenn's shower scene in "Two Moon Junction". Very nice presentation by Guitarman.
  • Massive Graphics Response collage of Brooke Shields in "Blue Lagoon". Please note: according to The Bare Facts, "nudity is a body double". I don't know how the scene where she has the towel around her hip could be a body double (one breast is visible), but the author doesn't mention this scene, so he may have seen a cut version, or the exposed nipple may be an optical illusion.
  • Master Vidcapper Hugo is back after an absence. His latest collage is Deborah Shelton in "Sins of the Night".
  • Tiffany Million in "Body of Influence". Million was a "G.L.O.W" wrestler, turned adult film performer. Vidcaps by RoSa '98. RoSa's work is found at the Scanman link above.
  • If you are into this "Big Boob" thing, you will enjoy this collage of the legendary Kitten Natividad.
  • Just for fun. The U.S. Post Office proposed new Bill Clinton commemorative.
  • from Dagg: Wendy Schumacher in "Animal Instincts III" Dagg's comments: "Never heard of her, this is from one of those softcore-with-delusions-of-grandeur flicks that tries to be artsy and wants you to think it's making important statements about the human condition. Personally I watch 'em for the big honkers"

  • Saturday's Images.
    From Sisyphus
  • First from Sisyphus is this great B&W of Mary McCormack. Most recently she was in one of those giant meteor movies, "Deep Impact". However, I'm going to guess that our crowd is probably more familiar with her role as Howard Stern's wife from "Private Parts".
  • Our last one form Sisyphus is fairly self-explanatory, a sample of the famous, Pirelli Calender Girls. I'm not sure what year, but I'll guess they're from the '98 calender.
  • Vidcap Variety
  • As it's more or less our Saturday tradition...It's Vidcap Day! First up, Madchen Amick from "Dream Lover", by Scanman.
  • Barbara Crampton from "From Beyond", by Mysterio. Barbara has been in a few of my favorite b-movies, including "The Re-Animator", and the all time classic "Chopping Mall"!
  • Next up, here are some more new scans from Don Bun's new DVD player. This time it's Sadie Frost, from the Keanu Reeves sleep-fest, "Bram Stoker's Dracula".
  • One more of Sadie Frost from "Dracula".
  • Next we have another offering from Mysterio, here's Amanda Donahoe from "Lair of the White Worm".
  • Laura Gemser, from one of the several billion "Emmanuelle" movies, by Scanman.
  • We ran this about a week ago, but it's still pretty fresh stuff, so why not a second helping. This is Melissa George from "Dark City", by ABC.
  • This next one is a great collage by Graphic Response. The actress is Jodie Fisher. Not a very big name, but what an fabulous body. These 'caps come from "Intimate Obsession".
  • These next few are 'caps of Julia Ormond from "The Baby of Macon". These were actually made through a collaborative effort...Mpg by PerryMan, vidcaps by Sing.
  • Julia Ormond from "The Baby of Macon" by PerryMan and Sing, #2.
  • Julia Ormond from "The Baby of Macon" by PerryMan and Sing, #3.
  • From the Anonymous Guy, Allison Lewis in "Love Street".
  • Excellent quality vidcaps by Rosa, of Rena Riffel from the movie "Undercover Heat".
  • I just saw the 10 minute version of "Desperado" on USA. Seriously, I think they had to cut about 30 minutes of film out of that movie. Amazingly though, it still took two hours to show it. That means one full hour of commercials! Those sneaky bastards! Anyway, thanks to Clown for sending in the best 'caps of Salma Hayek I've ever seen from "Desperado".
  • As usual, Joan Severance doing a nude scene from one of her movies. This time the 'caps from "Dangerous Indiscretion", by Scanman.
  • Former bunny babe Kathy Shower. Vidcaps from "Irresistible Impulse", by Magicman.
  • Here's a self help video that I think everyone must own. Here's Julie Strain from "Buck Naked Golf". Special thanks to The Fonz for this one.
