  • Speaking of the UK, here is Lady Helen Taylor, a peripheral member of the UK royal family. It is entirely possible, after the proposed mass destruction of England, that this lady could become queen, as she would undoubtedly be shopping or skiing in Switzerland during the bombing. According to the rules of succession, she gets the crown if it is turned down by Bob Eubanks, each of the Ken Darby singers, the late Benny Hill, and the guy who does the voice of Smithers on the Simpsons. Contrary to our original research, she will get the crown ahead of Kevin Costner, because the rules were amended after they heard his accent in "Robin Hood, Prince of Dweebs"

  • Hi, y'all. I'm short on time today, so I cut off the comments. It's Mother's Day. I have a mother and so do my children, and I better honor my obligations. Got all the pictures from Nuc. Here's Susan Dey in "First Love". She went from the Partridge family to dismal r-rated movies, to distinguished career woman roles.

One is her interesting autobiography "I'm Screaming as Fast as I Can". It's an easy and enjoyable read because she's obviously a gentle spirit, she's a good observer, and she has a sense of humor.
  • Linnea Quigley. Her other book is "Skin", some of which is a straight parody of Madonna's "Sex", and some of which is clever sex/horror fantasies, like this. In addition to the other nice things I said about her above, she also looks just fine. Somebody wrote me last week to say she had died, but this does not seem to be true. Let's hope she's doing well on May 27th, which will be her 40th birthday. Jeez, could Linnea be 40????
