Muchas gracias to Oz for the clip from Harold and Kumar Escape.  Worked on some captures from it (topless version) to meld them with the theatrical version (bottomless).  Some folks on the web identified the woman who greets Kumar and 'Roldy at the door as former pornstar Lola Lust, and the woman who has the patriotic merkin in the original version (lone star pasties in the topless one) is veteran pornstar Nicole Graves.  The number of unknowns hits the double digits - I stitched together a few collages in something resembling the order they appeared - but only a couple are identifiable.  One woman to appear in this scene may be Krystal Mayo.  Well, at least an actress by the name of Krystal Mayo is credited as a guest at the party, and a picture of her on the web sort of matches one of the women on the guy's right at they walk into their friend's house. Maybe.  The rest are known only to friends and family.
