1991

Sticking with the 90s Kathleen Kinmont movies, this time the sleazy very violent 1991 thriller The Art of Dying directed by its star Wings Hauser about a detective who keeps an eye out for runaways on the street in Los Angeles until a couple of women he was helping are found brutally murdered by a couple of sleazy filmmakers who seem to be wantonly making snuff films. Kathleen has a bigger role in this one as Hauser's casual lover who only wants him for sex. Stupid movie but there's plenty of sleaze for those who like that sort of thing. I've capped this off of a DVD so the quality is only OK but it's not that bad, a little interlacing but nothing too distracting.

Many of you remember Tuna, who was the most prolific contributor of images, and the second-most prolific wordsmith during the first 15 years of the Fun House. For those who are not acquainted with him, it's high time you met. Although he passed away before the Blu-Ray age, his DVD captures and collages still hold up as some of the best work that has ever appeared on the internet. Enjoy!
